2. Product Information & Quality Standards

• We make every effort to display the specifications, grain characteristics, packaging, and descriptions of our rice varieties accurately.
• As rice is a natural agricultural commodity, minor natural variations in grain grain color, natural moisture, or seasonal aroma may occur.
• Our products are naturally aged (up to 24 months) and free from chemical polishing agents. Cooking results may vary depending on water quality, soaking time, and cooking technique.

3. Pricing & Orders

• All prices listed on the website are in local currency (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to revise prices, discontinue products, or adjust wholesale tiers without advance notice.
• Placing an order represents an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or decline any order for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• For wholesale, bulk, or B2B contracts, separate agreed-upon invoices and terms will apply alongside these general terms.

4. Payments

  • Direct Online Bank Transfer
  • Approved Card & Digital Payment Gateways
• For wholesale or bulk dispatches, full payment or agreed advance terms via verified bank transfer are required prior to shipment dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines provided on the website or during checkout are estimates and may vary due to location, weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or courier operational factors.
• Gabru Rice is not liable for delivery delays resulting from third-party courier services, incorrect customer shipping details, or recipient unavailability.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier or upon final handoff at your delivery address.

6. Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with incorrect packaging/variety, notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Returns & Replacements: Due to food safety, hygiene, and grain integrity regulations, we do not accept returns on bags that have been opened, tampered with, or improperly stored after delivery.
• Order Cancellations: Retail orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order is handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

7. Proper Storage & Handling

• Rice must be stored in a cool, dry, and moisture-free environment away from direct sunlight, pest exposure, and water leaks.
• Gabru Rice is not responsible for grain infestation, mold, or spoilage resulting from improper storage, humid keeping conditions, or open unsealed exposure after receipt.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content included on this website—including the Gabru Rice name, logo, grain artwork, graphics, website text, product descriptions, and media—is the exclusive intellectual property of Gabru Rice.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any material from this site without explicit written authorization from us.
